..."speechless"

my weekend has been one LONG, LONG weekend. i've been working throughout the weekend and i'm now waiting anxiously for that break. besides working during the weekend, monday was also one HECTIC day. but all in all, i've managed to do get the things that needed to be done... DONE.

one word to describe it all...
"... speechless"

my morning routine

Every morning is a simple routine for me before i head off to work... i'll be up at about 7.15am...take a shower... get dressed and i'm all set to head off. Usually i'll have to send the little one off to the babysitter's, but the whole of this week, the little one is gonna be at home, coz his babysitter is off on a holiday. :). My mom and my mother-in-law are both around to help out while me and the hubby are at work. So that's how my morning goes..

But i guess the best morning routine that i go thru everyday is when i kiss both my sleeping babies goodbye. I'll whisper in their ear, telling them "i love you, see you tonight" and leave the house with delightful thoughts of both my darlings. The hubby usually leaves the house later, so he'll always be still asleep when i leave.

you know what? the best thing about being a wife and a mother, is to have someone wait for you when you head home from a long day at work. The anticipation is so overbearing. :)

to the 2 loves of my life.. i love you!

you're 6 month's old

my little baby turned 6 months old on the 15th of september....
he's got 2 teeth sprouting at the bottom and he's biting everything he lays his hands on.
our fingers are also not spared from his biting spree.
the little one is at the moment learning how to crawl. he's crawling with and falling at the same time.
besides all the crawling... he's also learning to pull himself up to a standing position.
*sigh* sweetie pie.. you are growing so fast...and i'm so happy to have you in my life. :)

Looking for a rainbow

I'm so filled with so much thinking and working.... it's so hectic. i'm searching for that rainbow... (heheh and that little pot of gold at the end) I guess it's part and parcel of life, where to enjoy a certain moment, we have to go through a whole loads of unexpected things happening. But i still do get rainbows everything i go home...my hubby is one BIG rainbow... and my other rainbow is the little fella who has been my "pot of gold"...

So i shall continue on my journey... to seek for my other rainbows... and also to wait anxiously for that holiday....

I can't wait!!

i'm at the current moment very very tied up with alot of things.... so i've not managed to update the blog.... but i just could not contain my excitement on something special that's about to happen.... :)

we'll be heading somewhere special.... and it's just so exciting!!!.. we've already made bookings last weekend *hint*
shall drop more hints soon.... :) i'm counting the days!!

the merdeka weekend

Our merdeka weekend had been one hectic weekend.... with us heading down to the F1 International Circuit in Sepang, coz i needed to attend the annual Merdeka Millennium Endurance Race 2008. My company was one of the co-sponsors for the Proton team. We also had PADDOCK PASSES.. so it was pretty fun. I managed to get a hold of 4 passes, so andrew (hubby's good friend) and Jo (andrew's mate) went along with us.

It was also my little one's first trip to the RACE TRACK.... we didn't really stay long though.. the little one fell asleep when the cars started to race. So we left 10 mins after the race started. But he was pretty well behaved. :) and me and the hubby enjoyed ourselves (despite it being HOT and HUMID) We had the chance to walk around the pit, the race track and watch the race from above the PIT LANES.

i had to leave the little fella with his daddy while i walked onto the race tracks to grab pictures.
He looked so flustered and angry in this picture... coz he was about to fall asleep.

This was taken at the PIT LANES, i had to leave the little one with hubs, as i needed to go round taking pictures of the event, and the cars that were at the starting line up. Hubby told me... a couple of photographers say the little one.. and they started snapping pictures of the little fella.. :)...
