what we have been up to

Well, we've been busy with alot of things, and alot of our routines have changed. Christmas is just around the corner, the tree is halfway there... :)

The little one has grown so fast.. and he's becoming more and more cheeky and also naughty.
Me and the Hubby, both of us are really tied with our work in the office and also at home, so we've been pretty busy.

But on the overall, we're doing good, though we don't really have the time to blog (me actually), we'll try to update as much as we can .. :)

I'm down with the weather... so is the little one, we're both sick...The little fella has caught the flu bug, and I caught the flu bug from him... That show's my immune system is way weaker than his.... GOSH....
Anyways... bugs aside.... tomorrow would mark kenny's birthday.... he's not sure what he gonna get from me ... (shh... i'm keeping it a secret) We've been together for more then 4 years... married for 3 years... (our anniversary is just around the corner) Being a wife and partner to this wonderful person has been the best thing that has happened..... So here's an early birthday post....

when the rain start to pour

What do you do when the rain start to pour? and when everything in your path looks a little muddy and grainy. Well for me, i'm not too sure. I don't know what's in store for me or what's in my path. I know where i plan to head to and where my destination is. But i'm still figuring out how to procced to that pathway. i'm currently on that curvy pathway where i'm not too sure if it's the right pathway. But that's the beauty of life. Everything will take you by surprise.
I've actually been thru alot of things... and seen things and experience things that I never thought i would experience. Maybe those are the stepping stones in life i take... to move to the next river bank.

Someone once told me, "there is an easier way, but why do i take the harder way?" sometimes i sit and ponder, what should i do, What should i think about and what is the best way to make things a little easier.

If one person's life is always on the straight highway... it must be really boring.... but then when life take a detour on to the trunk roads.. then we start to whine and complain.... what do you think? i know i'm not on that straight highway... coz i'm having a little motion sickness at the moment. I'm looking for a solution, a way that might bring me an opportunity. TELL ME.... what's your remedy?

Gosh i've been so busy lately that i have not gotten the time to update alot of things in life.

So here's a short summary....

-i'm now working with the online travel industry.... with that i'm hopping that i'll travel more *keeps my fingers crossed*

-Aidan boy has grown up so much, i've gotten comments that he looks like a 3 year old...*my little baby is still a baby.. he's only 15 months old.

-the hubby has also been busy with his work... he's also hopping we go TRAVEL...

on the overall, we're doing fine....i'm kinda planning something for one of the weekends, to get away from the hustle and the bustle of the city. Too many traffic jams... too many people jams... i'm kinda dreaming of the sun, the sea, the sand.... or maybe somewhere quiet and nice... and some family time.

I must agree.. my time with the little one has gotten a little short, as my work currently demands alot of my time. So weekends are very very precious to me....I do not want to miss the milestones my little one makes... ;)

he's so enjoyable to look at... to hug and to kiss...he's now learned the art of the "cheeky smile" and also he melts people with his kisses and hugs. Though he might me extremely naughty at times.. but he's the wonder in the hubby, my parents and my in laws hearts....

We apologise for not updating the past couple of weeks, we've been a little busy with the change of schedules and also with the changes that we are having in our lives. Little aidan is doing good, he has began to sing, walk up the stairs and also started climbing our iron grille and stairs. He's also started to be more cheeky. But on the overall he's still our darling sweetheart.

As for the both of us, kenny has been busy with work lately but he's doing good. I'm doing good as well. I've just started my new job end of last month and have been very busy at the new place. We are all at the current moment trying to adapt with the changes in our lives.

But with all this changes, i must really say thank you to my parents for helping us out. Mom, dad, thanks so much for keeping an eye on the little fella while me and kenny were both busy at work, thanks so much for helping us out with the little fella when i was away working. I know there would be more to come, more working trips and more late nights. So i must seriously say thank you to the both of you.

I must also say thank you to my darling hubby. you've been a great supporter :). you've helped me with work, and also with everything. ;) love you honey.

anyways, i do hope to keep this blog updated. I must find time. :)

once in a while life past you by at a really slow pace and sometimes it just zooms past you.
whenever life does that to me, it makes me sit back and wonder what I've missed. I looked back at all the things that has happened in my life and what I might have missed.
But I'm glad to be where I am. To have a wonderful family to support and love me, a wonderful hubby to stand by me and a cute adorable little one whom drives me up the wall.

The sun, sand and bed bugs!

We're back from the beach....
the trip to Cherating was pretty nice... except for the bed bugs and the itching.
The little one experience the beach for the first time... the sand on his toes and the salty sea water in his face. But that's with quite some reluctance and some upsetness. On the overall he enjoyed himself and has gotten a little darker. (his daddy says.. he looks more like a MAN now)

The journey there was a wonderful one, but the journey back was quite stressful, with all the heavy traffic on the way. Besides the traffic, I've ended up at the doctor's with bed bug bites that are so itchy. *sigh* The hotel bed had a whole lot of BED Bugs... lucky the little one was spared from the bites... and his daddy was also spared from the painful bites... i guess i must have had sugar in my blood or something that seems to attract the bugs.. *sigh*

But all is good.. :) we're doing good, and we're looking forward to our next trip.. :)

Happy Monday everyone.. :)
our weekend has been quite a busy weekend.... i've gotten a new style.. :) the hubby has gotten a new style.. and the little one... well he still has his cute little hair style.. :)

The little one has grown very very fast.. he has started his little "blabbering".
it sounds like he's talking but he's not.. hahaha .. sound so cute..
But he's also getting a little naughty... and is a little hard to control... but well i guess it's that stage in life where he's going thru.

The hubby has been wonderful this weekend.. :) He took care of the little fella alone for about 4 hours.. :) Thank you honey... but he did tell me that aidan boy is quite a handful, and it's not easy to handle.... But i do give my hubby FULL marks for being able to handle the little fella.
The hubby has also gotten me an early birthday pressie.. :) *muaks*
I LOVE IT.. :)

Anways.. we've got another long weekend to go.. :) heheh
and a roadtrip to the beach.. :)

a monday update

I have not been updating for a while due to alot of changes that has been going on in our lives. and also due to the little one being sick, he's caught the coughing bug.
But do not worry, i'm still around, we're still around, a little busy but still around. :)

Here's a little update on what has been going on:
-Aidan boy has turned 14 months.. he is walking, climbing, singing.. "baa baa black sheep", running, crying, nottie and everything a 14 month old is doing.
-the last we checked he is 10.9kg. He's as heavy as a 3 year old.
-He has also out grown his pants.. (they look awkward)
-He has also out grown his shirts (he looks like the hulk)
-He's also grown more and more adorable..
-He dances to " black eye peas's -boom boom pow"
- me and the hubby are doing good, but both of us have been so busy lately, that we are hoping for a holiday
- Having a one year old in the house is a lot of work, you pick up after him, you run after him.. you basically follow his foot... i'm POOFED

but on the overall we are all doing good... Happy monday everyone.. :)

I think i'm having a bad day... coz i can actually feel that very unhappy feeling. My body system seems to be not working that well... my head is thumping really bad at the moment and my stomach seems to have a mind of it's own today. *sigh* and i want my bed.

In some ways, it's Friday, so i'll be able to get the rest that i want during the weekend, or maybe find something happy and worthwhile to do.

I'm not very sure why i'm currently feeling this way. Maybe my hormones are playing tricks on me... maybe my mind is all confused and mixed up.... but i'm guessing it's the hormones.

*sigh* i better stop ranting.. and make friday worthwhile. Better to be happy than to dwell in this sad state.

Happy Mother's day
Being a mother has been has been a never-ending adventure.
This would be my second year as a mummy... and i love being a mummy. :) My little one has grown quite a fair bit and i am loving him to bits everyday.
Being a mother to this little one has been truly amazing. :)
but being a daughter to a wonderful mom has been even more amazing

To my dearest mom,
you have been an every standing pillar for me...
helping me thru thick and thin...
standing beside me when everything fails...
and always there when i need a shoulder to cry on,
or a hug to warm me...

a walk in the park

The past few days has been really hectic. We were supposed to head down to Penang for the weekend holiday cum birthday party, but due to some family/personal matters that we needed to attend to, we canceled the trip and stay closer to home.

After 3 days of attending to family/personal matters, we took a ride on saturday morning towards Bukit Tinggi. The weather was really really humid, and I must say, the place was pretty sad. There was nothing much to see or do. Well there's always a first in everything.

I guess the biggest highlight of the day would seeing the little fella chase after rabbits.. :)
He was enjoying himself with running after them.

Anyways, we've got another trip planned and paid, this time we are heading to the beach....

MONDAY..... it;s been pretty much quite alright. The weather has been a little on the wet end, but then.. monday has always been a little wet and blue....
The little one is also down with a flu and a slight cough.. *sigh* poor little fella seems so irritated by the flu....

The weekend was a really wonderful and memorable one. One of my dear friend got hitched.
Congratulations to KAS and KAMALES... welcome to married life. :)

Me, Kenny and the little one got all dressed up (well me in particular: I wore an orange sari)
and had the time of our lives. :) It was a little hard to move around, but it was worth it. :)

AND.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY to another dear friend of mine....

The past 2 weeks have been a long a quite mind wrecking
i guess it's time i took the advise my hubby told me
it's time i made my move.
Maybe from here onwards I would be able to see some light at the end of my LONG tunnel. :)
